BubKid delivers all orders to our customers via Australia Post. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours after received the cleared payment if placed on a business day. These delivery times are an estimation only as we use a third party supplier for all deliveries and as such BubKid cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Change or Cancel Order

Please review your shipping information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, names, address and other options carefully. Please kindly understand that we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been posted.


Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

BubKid offers a satisfaction guaranteed shopping experience, we will inspect every piece thoroughly before shipping to you to be sure that your order is in perfect condition. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the clothing items within 7 days of receiving them. If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order must first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. As BubKidis not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Item must be return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or refund. Additional 20% restocking fee will be charged if item is found to be worn, washed, damaged or soiled.

Please note that we do not accept return on sale items. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. For hygiene reason, Accessories are final sale - No return or No exchange. Refunds apply in accordance with consumer legislation and in the case of faulty garments. There may be a 1-2 cm difference in our given measurements due to manual measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect or faulty. Refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel before you ship back to us. You can contact us by email at In your email please provide us with the details of the item purchased and the reason you wish to return or exchange it. Once you have notified us place the item in the mail together with the proof of purchase and include a self addressed envelope and we will send replacement to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
